General Information

McDonough and Chenango County are served by the Four County Library System (4CLS), a group of libraries serving Broome, Chenango, Delaware and Otsego Counties. The system provides a range of services from standard library offerings to a Cybermobile Outreach Program and Internet access to their research databases. The 42 full and part-time libraries in the system are linked together electronically to provide ease in sharing materials between libraries. The system also offers special programs for children.
